::My Online Resume::

My Info-Graphic Resume Online

If I can give some background of where I stand in the field, I could pretty much sum it up in this info-graphic of my experience. I am pretty much an apprentice in the graphic design field. I have some experience and some of the needed skills. Yet, there is so much for me to know and learn. I am just beginning and I am still learning, and that is pretty much all I can say.

7 Questions to Finding Your True Passion

What puts a smile on your face? - Name something that you do - or used to do - that brings total peace to you when you do it.

  • I enjoy writing my own little stories true and imagined. I contemplate my feelings, and thoughts, to then express them in words, sometimes lyrically, sometimes poetically. As lyrical can be poetical; as for the same rule poetical can be lyrical. But sometimes that doesn't always holds to be true. Writing lets me express my thoughts
  • I enjoy sketching/drawing/painting/collage-art-making...
  • Playing soccer did make me feel stress free, feeling much relaxed after a game. Soccer did gave me a certain kind of happiness.
  • Reading, though I haven't done it much at my leisure did bring me enjoyment and relaxation from other things in my life.
  • Singing though I am never really good at it, makes me feel good in a carefree way. Where I can sing on a terrible note be out of tune and still, I am okay with that.
  • Dancing, is something I like to do when I am alone, I like to do free-form dancing.. freestyle dancing moves. Dancing is expression, good vibes of happiness take over.
What do you find easy? - It’s very hard to hate something that is very easy for you. Easy equals fun, equals happiness, equals passion, equals: a possible career.
  •  I find it easier putting my ideas on paper either written down, or sketched out. I have a harder time just trying to explain them out loud.
  • I find it easy hearing out people, ideas, stories, problems.
  • Staying organize can be easy for me, with time and space.
  • It is somewhat easy for me to look for ideas, create stories, and finding solutions
What sparks your creativity? - Think about those moments in your life where you seem to expand your horizon, always coming up with new, fun, and exciting ideas relating to that subject.
  • When I am listening to music, I become inspired to write. Work on a design/artwork.
  • When I am walking, I think of new ideas for writing, and my design work.
  • Talking to friends and family inspire me to perfect a problem, finding solutions. Discussing different ways it can be solved, and talking about a possible process for a better solution.
  • Reading, making research on designer thoughts, and theories.
  • Looking through past work, thinking how I can better my own work.
What would you do for free? - What would you just love to do, even if you were not getting paid? Something that you look forward to and wish you could do all the time.
  • I would definitely like to write more, sketch more, design more.
  • I love to write, writing lets me express myself better.
  • I love to draw, sketch, paint as it lets more of my expressive thoughts and feelings out.
  • Design is where both collide and I am able to express myself much more freely.
What do you like to talk about? - A very good way to figure this out, is to ask your friends what you talk about most; what makes your eyes brighten up.
  • I like design, I like art, I like to write and I would like to do more with what I already have, and what I love to do.
  • Going passed my boundaries and doing more of what I can possible start doing.
  • Starting my own projects, designs, and work.
What makes you unafraid of failure? - Think of something that you just do or want to do, no matter what. Something that you do not have second thoughts about.
  • Just trying; giving myself a chance to fail.
  • I would just like to write no matter what, I would like to draw and do something with my work no matter what. Designing and creating ways to create more.
What would you regret not having tried? - If you were at the end of your life, what would you regret not having pursued?

Not using my time wisely, not using my sources as I should, and not creating more opportunities.

::My Musings for Later Years::

Though I had some published post before on this blog; I would like to go back to them, update them and revise for better efficiency, and order. To have a better idea of what I need to review, and complete my thoughts, with further lessons I have received since I first learned about design. There will be new thoughts on designs, design styles, techniques, and other terms that I have learned through my schooling and leisure reading. I have also worked on my own projects,  and my own work techniques. I would like to do this blog as a way for me to reflect and have some way to keep myself motivated with my career. A way to document thoughts, and inspirational work. I will try to include as much of my work, or glimpse of, to keep a record of my progress and development as a aspiring graphic designer. I will also include work from other designers that  inspire and influence my own work. As well as readings, and sites I like to visit for help or for inspiration. As I continue with my career  I want to be able to go back to old ideas, and my own musings I had over the years. Sharing them with other aspiring designers would allow me to express them better & understand how I want to approach my ideas to implement them in my upcoming projects, work, and way of living.
